we'll be having this at Cheryl Chan's void deck. But I scared we nothing to do, so eat lor. And we act cute abit la, but I will be buying the food. Varies 4 to 6 bucks
Total = 15 to 18 bucks(inclusive of present)
The plan is we tell Cheryl Chan we allll not free on her actual bday. Make her sad and depressed and cry again.
Then around 5 plus 6. CCA will tell Cheryl Chan she wanna pass her the present. Then ask her she come down.
Then we'll be there to surprise her!
We will meet at 5pm(except for CCA. I will get the presents and cake and decoration stuff ready by then.
Venue, i will let you guys know again, once i know where cheryl lives. can somebody tell me where she live?

For Phyllis Bday, I am planning to split the cake cost among Yiling, Cecelia, Myra and maybe Chery Chan(if possible) and her bro and me. Let me know your thoughts. Text me!
The plan would be we will all go to Marche at Vivo. and Someone will just ask Phyllis out. And the bring her to Marche for "routine dinner" or just simply dinner. Then she will realize we are there. and there will be presents, helium balloons and whatsnot! we'll eat, laugh and take photos!
This is a surprise party!
So do not, I repeat,
DO NOT notify Phyllis about it.
Of course, we'll be paying for whatever Phyllis is eating. That will be split by everyone!
Budget :
-For dinner itself :20/+(for small eaters like Yiling)
-Cakes :Less than 10, most prolly around 8.
-Helium balloon(s) : 4/5 bucks each.

Chery Chan's will be special. cause I haven't really given it much thought. But I suppose CCA will ask her out(if that's okay w you?) then same thing la, we will appear out of nowhere w cake and presents. Venue should be at some playground or void deck near her place? we'll decorate the place a little and buy a few tidbits and drinks and that kind of stupid stuff okay?
and yes, this is a surprise too! So do not ask Cheryl Chan about the plan.
